A Collection Admin is able to log in to Veritas eDiscovery Platform 8.2, but unable to access Collections data. After a period of time, access to the Collections data is acquired.
I'm pretty confident that the answer is B. A Data Map refresh finally completing seems like the most likely reason for the intermittent access to the Collections data.
I'm a bit confused on this one. I'm not sure if it's the MySQL service restarting or an EV Collection Task completing. I'll need to review the information more closely.
Okay, let's see. I'm guessing it has something to do with the database or a background task that needs to complete. I'll try to eliminate the options that don't seem as likely.
