Based on my experience with TIBCO Designer, I believe the correct answer is the Project menu. That's where I've always found the options for adding new activities and components to the BusinessWorks process.
The Resources menu sounds like a logical place to add activities, but I'm not familiar enough with TIBCO Designer to say for certain. I'll have to review my notes and try to remember where I've seen that option before.
Hmm, I'm a bit unsure on this one. I think it might be the Edit menu, but I'm not 100% confident. I'll have to double-check the TIBCO Designer interface to be sure.
