I remember a practice question about architecture structures, and I think Metamodel was mentioned there. But it doesn't feel like the right fit for this question.
I'm leaning towards option B. Requesting the customer send their complaints by email is the best way to handle this situation. It keeps things organized and ensures we have a paper trail, which could be really important down the line.
I'm pretty confident I know the answer to this one. The information_schema and sys databases are usually excluded from full backups, as they contain system-level information.
I'm a bit confused about the need for a master production schedule. Doesn't that assume a constant demand, which is different from the current demand for customized products?
