I feel pretty confident that drop rate is a retention metric, since that's all about users leaving. The RRC one also makes sense to me. I'm not as sure about the other choices, but those two seem like the obvious picks.
Hmm, I'm a bit unsure on this one. I know QoS is about prioritizing different types of traffic, but I can't remember the specific methods off the top of my head. I'll have to think this through carefully.
This is a great question to ask a cloud provider. I think it's important to understand how we can access the servers in case of an incident, so I'm leaning towards option A.
