I think A and E are also correct. The user's role will be set to 'unlicensed' and they'll still belong to the All Users group. Tableau Server is so forgiving, it's like it has a heart of gold!

C and D are the correct answers. Deleting the user in Active Directory and syncing with Tableau Server will remove the user from the Tableau Server group.
