I feel like editing /boot/grub2/menu.cfg might be an option, but I don’t remember if that’s the right file for setting the default menu entry.

I’m pretty sure the default entry is set by changing GRUB_DEFAULT, but I can't recall the exact number format we should use.

I remember practicing a similar question, and I think we have to run grub2-mkconfig after making changes to the grub file.
