Definitely Step 8, all indexers need to be up for full functionality.

I practiced a similar question, and I think it was Step 2, but that seems too early for indexing to actually start.

I feel like Step 6 might be the right answer since that's when the second indexer joins, but it seems like we need all three for full functionality.

I think the cluster is ready after Step 4 when Indexer 1 joins, but I'm not completely sure if that's enough for ingestion.

I remember something about needing all indexers to be up before we can start indexing, so maybe it's Step 8?
