The control limits are like the guardrails on a highway - they keep the process from going off the rails, but they don't necessarily define the road's maximum speed (capability). B) False is my pick.
This is a tricky one. I know the control limits and process capability are related, but I'm not sure if they directly determine each other. I'll have to think this one through a bit more.
I think the answer is True because control limits help us understand the variation in a process and determine if it is capable of meeting specifications.
