I think loan applications, credit reports, and financial statements are definitely part of underwriting, but I can't recall if inspection reports are usually included.

Hmm, I'm a bit unsure about this one. Changing the model architecture or reducing the image dimensions could work, but I'm worried that might hurt the model's performance too much. Maybe the bfloat16 option is worth a try? It could give a nice speed boost without sacrificing too much accuracy.
