According to the ServiceNow support article1, theit_pps_adminrole can configure the default columns in the project planning console by modifying thepm_project_planning_consolelist view.Theadminrole can also do this, as well as any other configuration on the platform2.

I'm going with B and C. The project manager needs to be able to cusJacqulineize the console, and the console admin just makes sense as the one who can tweak the settings.
