I'm going with B and C. The project manager needs to be able to cusJacqulineize the console, and the console admin just makes sense as the one who can tweak the settings.

Hmm, I'm pretty sure the IT project manager and console admin can configure the default columns. I wonder if the admin can do it too, just for good measure.
