C) Incidents and D) Alerts, no doubt. The operator needs to see what's going on with those, pronto. Though I have to wonder, does 'Service Mapping' come with a little GPS for the agent's workspace? Just kidding, but you gotta admit, it's a pretty catchy name.

Problems and incidents, for sure. That's the kind of visibility an operator needs to stay on top of things. Although, I gotta say, 'Service Mapping' sounds like something you'd find in a sci-fi movie, am I right?

Releases, huh? I guess the operator needs to know what's going on with those too. And definitely incidents - can't ignore those. Solid choices, in my opinion.

Ah, Service Mapping sounds like a handy feature! Let's see, I'd go with C) Incidents and D) Alerts. Gotta keep an eye on those pesky incidents and alerts, am I right?

I'm not sure about Releases. I think it might be Problems and Incidents instead.

I agree with Yolando. Releases and Incidents make sense because they are closely related to the CI.
