This is a tough one. I'm going to go with C) Classification and Identification. Sounds like the perfect combo to uncover all the server's secrets, including the RAM.
Hmm, I thought it was in the Classification phase. Isn't that where ServiceNow tries to figure out what kind of server it's dealing with? Gotta know the specs to classify it properly.
I'm pretty sure the server RAM value is discovered during the Identification and Exploration phase. That's the phase where all the juicy details about the hardware are uncovered, right?
