Before you can author a new Resource Block, what information do you require about the Host Resource Block that the Resource Block you are authoring will connect to?
I've worked with the Robotic Enterprise Framework before, and I believe the correct answer is that it can be used as a consumer of a queue in Orchestrator. That's one of its key functions.
