What statement best describes the product backlog?

Show Suggested Answer Hide Answer
Suggested Answer: B, C, D

Refinement meeting and release planing are no scrum events. The others are, and they are all about feedback: inspection and adaptation. (And in order for the inspection to have a good outcome, the artifacts need to be transparent)

C sounds nice, but it’s not the main purpose!

Wait, is it really just a list? Seems too simple.

I thought the backlog was more about requirements, but I guess it could be emergent too? It's confusing!

I feel like option A sounds right, but I also recall something about it being a source of inspiration for sprint planning.

I remember a practice question that mentioned the backlog as a tool for the product owner, but I don't think it's just their diary.

I think the product backlog is supposed to be an ordered list, but I'm not sure if it's just for improvements or if it includes everything.

Ah, the product backlog. I remember discussing this in class, but the wording of these options is tripping me up a bit. I'll make sure to read through them slowly and think about the key characteristics of the product backlog.

Okay, let me see. The product backlog is an ordered list of what needs to be done to improve the product, right? I think option A sounds like the best description, but I'll double-check my understanding before answering.

Hmm, I'm a bit unsure about this one. The product backlog is an important Agile concept, but the options seem to cover a range of different ideas. I'll need to think this through carefully.

I practiced questions on free cash flow methods before, and I think that might be suitable too, especially if cash flows are growing steadily.

Okay, I've got this. The question is asking about securing data, so I'm going to eliminate the options that don't directly address data protection, like the VPC and SOL audit.

Okay, this seems straightforward. I'll start by looking at the options and see if any of them stand out as the most likely answer.

I honestly can't recall all the roles, but I'm leaning towards "silo custodian" being the odd one out. It doesn't seem relevant to SOA projects at all.

The product backlog? More like the product black hole, am I right? Just kidding, but it can feel that way sometimes!

A list of all the requirements? That's way too rigid for an Agile approach. The backlog is much more dynamic than that.

I wouldn't say the backlog is mainly for inspiration during sprint planning. It's a critical component of the entire Scrum framework.

The product backlog is not the diary of the product owner, that's just silly. It's a tool to manage the product development process.
