I practiced a question similar to this, and I feel like innovation could be a part of it, but I can't recall if it's directly linked to intrinsic motivation.
Autonomy seems like the most logical answer here. Giving knowledge workers the freedom to work in their own way is crucial for unlocking their intrinsic motivation.
I feel pretty confident about this one. The SAFe principle is all about empowering and engaging employees, so I think the answer has to be A - autonomy.
I'm a bit unsure on this. I know purpose and minimal constraints are important, but I'm not sure what the other key element is. I'll have to review my notes on SAFe.
