B and D, all the way! Safety stock and existing orders are the bread and butter of MRP. Forget the forecasts, just keep buying until the warehouse is full!
Hmm, I'd say A, B, and C. Maximizing that stock level is key, otherwise you'll be drowning in inventory. Although, who needs safety stock when you can just order everything in bulk, right?
Definitely A and D. I mean, how else are you going to know what to order if you don't factor in the existing purchase orders? Gotta love that MRP logic!
A and B, of course! MRP needs to consider both the forecasted demand and the safety buffer to accurately calculate net requirements. Can't have a stockout, can we?
