This is a no-brainer. Email trigger and document flow are the obvious choices. Although, I do wonder why they even included those other options. Must be some kind of trick question.

Email trigger and document flow, for sure. You don't want the offboardee accessing sensitive information or sending any unauthorized messages after they've left the company.
