Your customer wants to use a calculated expected rating for a competency. What information must you provide?Note: There are 3 correct answer to this question.
Hmm, this one's tricky. I'm thinking A, D, and E. Gotta give them the expected score, but the normalized and medium scores will help paint the full picture. Unless they're into that 'lowest score' kind of thing, but that's just weird.
Ha! Lowest score? Might as well just hand them a big ol' failing grade. I'd go with A, D, and E. That'll give them the info they need to make an informed decision.
I'm going with A, D, and E. Gotta give the customer the full picture, you know? The expected score is key, but the min and max help them understand the range.
