Hmm, I'm not so sure about that. I thought the main difference was that you could use MDF talent pools with the MDF Position method, but not with the Legacy Position method. Gotta double-check the details on that one.
I think the key difference is that you can use effective dating with the Legacy Position method, but not with the MDF Position method. That's a pretty important distinction in my opinion.
