I'm with the others on this one. C, D, and E are the key components to tackle a problem using Design Thinking. A and B are nice to have, but not essential.

Ah, I see what they're going for. The core components are definitely C, D, and E. Although A could be useful for the actual design process, it's not a core component.

Well, I'm not sure about B. Top management support is nice, but it's not a core component of Design Thinking. I'd go with C, D, and E.
