A and D, hands down. Gotta keep track of those regional holidays, am I right? Although, a good calendar should also include the mandatory company picnic. Can't forget that!
I think the Corporate Calendar should definitely include specific non-working days and recurring non-working days. That way everyone is on the same page about when the office is closed.
