I bet the answer is B) By making a comment. That way, you can ask the team where to find the process elements. Although, I'd prefer if they just had a 'Process Elements' button instead of making us hunt for it.

I'm going to have to go with C) as well. It just makes the most sense to me. Although, maybe they're just trying to trick us and the answer is actually D) by clicking the question mark. Who knows!
