Ah, the age-old question of how to make the customer happy during a Fit-to-Standard workshop. I say, throw in a little song and dance with option D, and they'll be eating out of your hand!
I believe conducting end-user training on active scope items is also important during Fit-to-Standard workshops. It helps the customer experts get hands-on experience.
A and C are the way to go. Gotta highlight those config needs and give the customer the setup instructions they need to get their integrations working.
