Haha, I bet the person who wrote this question was just trying to trip us up with that Fiori app option. As if SAP Cloud ALM is only for documenting the most basic stuff, right? I'm going with A and D as well.

Hmm, I think you're right, Elke. Those make the most sense to me too. I'm not sure about the other options though. Maybe a process flow diagram is relevant, but an SAP Fiori app customization? That seems a bit too specific.

Well, I'm pretty sure the correct answers are A and D. A business role restriction and a configuration value are definitely things that need to be documented in SAP Cloud ALM during the Fit-to-Standard workshops.
