I got this! It's definitely B) Moment-sets. That's the whole point of self-service - customers can create their own service requests without going through the normal channels. Easy peasy.
Okay, let me see. I'm pretty sure it's not C) Branding or D) QR Codes. Those seem more about the look and feel rather than the functionality. I'm leaning towards A) Workflow assignments, but I'll double-check my notes.
Hmm, I'm not totally sure about this one. I know self-service configuration has a lot of different components. I'll have to think it through carefully.
