Okay, let's think this through. A is about the customer needing to purchase the material first, which doesn't sound like the purpose of this feature. B and C both sound plausible to me.

A and B seem to be the correct answers here. Reserving material for a specific job makes a lot of sense, but I'm not sure about organizing spare parts - that's more of a logistics thing, isn't it?
