I'm pretty sure A) Customer lifetime value and B) Customer churn are the two correct answers here. Those are the classic predictive metrics in my experience.
I think the correct answers are B) Customer churn and D) Customer volume. Those seem like the most common types of predictions for a predictive indicator.
