The customer profile level makes the most sense to me. That's where I'd expect to find details about the specific contacts and their positions within the company.
I'm leaning towards C, the group level. The role seems like it could be a characteristic of the broader customer organization rather than just the individual profile.
Based on my understanding, the role would be part of the relationship level, since it's information about the connection between the company and the customer.
I remember practicing a similar question, and I think the Relationship level might be the right answer since it relates to how we interact with the customer.
