I've used the Outlook add-in before, and I'm pretty sure you can use email as a response to a ticket. But I'm not 100% sure about the other correct answer.

I'm pretty confident I know the answer to this one. The add-in for Outlook lets you add a reference to a service contract and add an account team member.
