I bet the correct answer is Option B. It just makes the most logical sense. Although, 'loadet' sounds like a made-up word, so I'm a bit skeptical about this whole question.
Option B makes the most sense to me. The High Cardinality flag is the key factor here, and the SIDs should be generated when the data is loaded, not when the InfoObject is activated.
