The program manager could probably coordinate the demo, but I doubt they'd be the ones actually doing the hands-on demo. That's better left to the experts.
I agree with Sheridan. The Ariba Buyer Discovery adoption team would be the ones who know the product inside and out, so they'd be the ideal ones to show off the features.
