Contacts, for sure. Unless this is a Salesforce-powered alien employment agency, in which case I have no idea.

Ha! Trick question. Everyone knows you add new employees to the 'Unicorns' object. Duh!

Hmm, I'm not so sure. What if the client wants to track the employee as a Lead first, then convert them to a Contact later? I'd go with option B just to be safe.

I agree. Option B (Leads) seems like the safest choice in this scenario.

That's a good point. It's better to start with Leads and then convert to Contacts if needed.

I believe Accounts would be a better choice for the new employee record.

Definitely Contacts. That's where you add employee records, right? I mean, Accounts are for companies and Leads are for potential customers. This is a no-brainer!

Exactly, Contacts is the way to go. That's where you'd add a new employee record.

Nah, Leads are for potential customers, not employees. We wouldn't want to mix that up.

But what about Leads? Don't we sometimes use that to track potential new hires?

Yeah, that's what I was thinking too. Contacts seems like the logical choice since it's where we store information about individual people associated with the company.

Hmm, let's think this through. The question mentions a new employee record, so I'm guessing we need to add it to the Contacts object.

Wait, this is a Salesforce exam question? I thought this was a test to see how well we can handle basic HR tasks.
