Agile is the clear winner here. Gotta love those quick iterations and frequent check-ins. Waterfall? More like 'water-slow' am I right?

Agile is the way to go, no doubt. Although, I did once work on a project where the client insisted on Waterfall, and it turned out great... just kidding, it was a total nightmare!

Hmm, Agile is the obvious answer here. Waterfall would be a total disaster, and Hybrid is just trying to have the best of both worlds, which isn't always the case.

Hybrid could work here, but I think Agile is the better choice. The flexibility and iterative nature of Agile seems like a perfect fit for UC's requirements.

Agile all the way! The need for quick iterations and frequent check-ins screams Agile to me. Waterfall would be way too slow and rigid for this project.
