I'm just imagining an admin frantically encrypting everything, even the coffee machine's data. 'You can never be too secure!' they say, as they wrap the office in bubble wrap.
Hold up, did you say Salesforce doesn't allow email or SMS for MFA? That's like locking the front door but leaving the windows wide open. What's the point of encryption if the other security measures are flawed?
Option C seems to be the most relevant answer. Admins need Shield Platform Encryption to mask sensitive data on the user interface and API, protecting it from prying eyes.
