I'm going with B, because if users refuse to install the app, I can just tell them 'Sorry, no MFA for you - you're out of multi-factor!'

As an IT admin, I'd go with B. Users are already struggling with password managers, let alone adding another app to their phones. Good luck getting them to comply!

D seems like a sneaky way for vendors to milk more money out of us. Why should we have to pay extra just to secure our login process?

I think C is the real issue here. Shared accounts make MFA completely useless. Gotta get rid of those bad habits first.

Definitely, we need to address that before implementing MFA.

I agree, shared accounts are a big security risk.

Option B is definitely the biggest blocker. I can't imagine forcing users to install apps on their personal devices - that's a major privacy concern!

I think shared accounts or credentials could also be a blocker, as it undermines the security of MFA.

I agree with Aileen, that could definitely be a challenge in rolling out MFA.

I think the blocker could be users refusing to install applications on their personal phones.
