As a Salesforce guru, I can say that Option C is the cleanest and most efficient approach. Optimize the Visit Plan, then let the users view the Visits.

I agree with Vonda. Option C is the way to go. Keeping the Visit Plan separate from the Visits allows for better control and visibility.

Option C seems the most logical flow. Creating the Visit Plan first and then optimizing to generate Visits makes the most sense.
