Universal Containers (UC) requested that when a support case is open for more than 7 days, a chatter post should be posted to the Regional could the admin meet this requirement?
I feel like the process builder is the right choice here, but I can't recall if it can post to Chatter directly. I hope we can use it for this requirement!

Based on my understanding, MPLS and GRE are not specific SDP types, so I'm going to rule those out. I think the answer is either mesh-sdp or spoke-sdp, but I'll need to confirm which one is not supported in an l-VPLS.
