Filter Logic sounds familiar, but I can't recall if it would give us just the account names without the opportunity details.

Joined Reports seem like they could be useful, but I feel like they might complicate things instead of simplifying the output.

I remember practicing with Summary Reports, but I don't think they would exclude opportunity details like we need here.
