C) Ordered is the way to go. Once the order has been placed, that's when you need to allocate it. Anything else would be just chaos.

Definitely D) Awaiting Allocation. I mean, what's the point of allocating orders that haven't even been placed yet? That's just asking for trouble.

I see both points, but I think it makes sense for Order Allocation to work on Order Items in status C) Ordered, as that's when the order is confirmed and ready to be processed.

I disagree, I believe it should be in status D) Awaiting Allocation because that's when the order is ready to be allocated.

I think the correct answer is D) Awaiting Allocation. Order Allocation should work on items that are ready to be allocated, not just created or pending orders.
