Option B all the way! Journey Builder Transactional Send Journey is the future, baby. It's like the microwave of Marketing Cloud - quick, convenient, and always delivers the goods.
I dunno, I'm leaning towards option C. Separate steps for SMS and email seem more straightforward. Plus, who doesn't love a good old-fashioned Automation workflow?
I think option D is the way to go. A multi-step journey with an API entry event and a decision split sounds like the most flexible and scalable solution.
