I'm with you, Irma. This isn't life or death, it's just a certification exam question. That being said, I do think option A is the way to go. Journey Builder seems like the best fit for managing the customer journey and coordinating the campaign sends, and it's got plenty of data processing and segmentation capabilities as well.

Haha, I love how we're all debating this like it's the most important decision of our lives. At the end of the day, I think any of these options could work, as long as we understand the requirements and the capabilities of the different tools. I'm going to go with option A, but I'm open to being convinced otherwise.

I think Journey Builder can handle the data processing and segmentation just fine, and it will make it easier to coordinate the campaign sends and decisioning.
