ERP might be better since it handles invoicing and orders.

I’m surprised they’d consider anything other than Salesforce!

I’m a bit confused about the role of the Marketing solution here. Would it really make sense for it to be the system of record?

I practiced a similar question where Salesforce was the system of record, so I’m leaning towards option C as well.

I'm not entirely sure, but I feel like the ERP should hold the customer data since it handles invoicing and orders.

I remember discussing how Salesforce is often used as the central hub for customer interactions, so I think it might be C.

I'm pretty confident that the answer is C - Salesforce should be the system of record with relevant data from the other systems. The question states the sales and service associates need to use Salesforce, so that should be the central hub for customer and prospect information.

Okay, I've got a strategy here. Salesforce is the system the sales and service associates will be using, so that makes the most sense as the system of record for customer and prospect data. The other systems can feed into Salesforce.

Hmm, I'm a bit confused. There are a few different systems involved - the ERP, Marketing, and Salesforce. I'll need to carefully consider how the data flows between them to determine the best system of record.

This seems like a straightforward question about system of record. I think the key is to identify which system should be the master for customer and prospect data.

Option C is the way to go. Salesforce is the clear choice here. Although, I do have to wonder if the marketing team has ever heard of a little thing called 'email signatures'... just sayin'.

Yeah, Salesforce is the most efficient option. And maybe we can work on improving those email signatures too.

C is the correct answer, no doubt about it. Although, I have to say, a 'New Custom Database' (option D) sounds like the kind of thing my boss would come up with. Gotta love those out-of-the-box ideas, right?

Option D does sound interesting, but sticking with Salesforce for customer and prospect data is the way to go.

I'm going with C as well. As a former IT support technician, I can tell you that trying to manage customer data across multiple systems is a recipe for disaster. Salesforce is the way to go here.

Definitely C. Why would you want to have multiple systems of record? That's just asking for data inconsistency and headaches down the road.

C) Salesforce with relevant Marketing and ERP information. This seems like the logical choice as Salesforce is the designated CRM system and should be the system of record for customers and prospects.
