Actual exam question for Salesforce's Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist (AI-201) exam
Question #: 9
Topic #: 3
[All Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist (AI-201) Questions]

An Agentforce turned on Einstein Generative AI in Setup. Now, the Agentforce Specialist would like to create custom prompt templates in Prompt Builder. However, they cannot access Prompt Builder in the Setup menu.

What is causing the problem?

Show Suggested Answer Hide Answer
Suggested Answer: B

In order to access and create custom prompt templates in Prompt Builder, the Agentforce Specialist must have the Prompt Template Manager permission set assigned. Without this permission, they will not be able to access Prompt Builder in the Setup menu, even though Einstein Generative AI is enabled.

* Option B is correct because the Prompt Template Manager permission set is required to use Prompt Builder.

* Option A (Prompt Template User permission set) is incorrect because this permission allows users to use prompts, but not create or manage them.

* Option C (LLM configuration in Data Cloud) is unrelated to the ability to access Prompt Builder.

I don't think so, the Prompt Template User permission set makes more sense.

But what if it's actually the large language model that was not configured correctly?

Haha, I bet the Agentforce Specialist is scratching their head right now. Probably should have taken a course in 'Navigating Salesforce Permissions 101' before jumping into this AI stuff. Easy mistake to make, though!

I agree with Laurena, it must be the permission set issue.

I think the problem is with the Prompt Template User permission set.

Ooh, I'm going to go with C. The LLM wasn't configured correctly in Data Cloud. That's always a tricky one. Hope they have a tech support number on speed dial!

I bet it's option B. The Prompt Template Manager set. Sounds like a classic case of not having the right permissions. Easy fix, I hope!

Hmm, definitely the Prompt Template User permission set. How else are they supposed to access Prompt Builder? Gotta get those permissions squared away!
