The user authentication has been provided by ldap domain in 192.168.0.254. According the following requirements to get ldapuser.

-LdapuserX must be able to login your system, X is your hostname number. But the ldapuser's home directory cannot be mounted, until you realize automatically mount by autofs server.

- All ldap user's password is "password".

I think the password for all LDAP users being "password" is a security risk, but it might simplify testing.

I think the chart of accounts would be the best place to start. That's the foundation for the entire financial system, so it makes sense to get that set up first before moving on to other components.
