I think the escalated workflow transition needs to fire the correct event—otherwise, notifications wouldn't go out, right? But I'm also wondering if the event could somehow be inactive.
Hmm, I'm not sure. Trimming the scope might be a good option, but I'd want to make sure the customer is on board with that. And consulting the functional managers could work, but that might be a bit of a political minefield. I'll have to think this one through.
I'm a bit unsure about some of these options. I'll need to double-check the Blue Prism documentation to make sure I understand the correct steps for configuring the Application Server.
