I feel like the amount of risk a Project Board finds acceptable is definitely related to risk tolerance, but I might be mixing it up with risk appetite.
I think risk tolerance is mostly about how much risk an organization is willing to take, but I'm not sure if the Project Board's attitude is really part of that.
I remember studying that risk appetite and risk budget are key factors, but I can't recall if the Project Board's views are included in risk tolerance definitions.
I feel pretty confident about this one. The vCenter Server Update Planner is designed specifically for planning and validating vCenter upgrades, so that seems like the best choice here. I'll go with option C.
