I feel like discussing over the phone could be quick, but it might miss out on some important non-verbal cues. Did we cover that in our practice questions?
I remember we talked about how face-to-face meetings can really help in building rapport, but I'm not sure if they are always the most efficient for gathering feedback.
Face-to-face meetings seem like the most effective way to encourage an exchange of views and get comprehensive feedback. I'll focus on that as my top choice.
I remember we talked about how a supplier's quality history is usually a key factor in evaluating capability, so I don't think it would be the correct answer.
