This seems like a tricky question. I'm not sure if WebSockets or REST requests would be the best approach here. I'll need to think through the pros and cons of each option.
I practiced a similar question before, and it seems like we need to get the message ID first before we can reply. Maybe we need both POST /v1/messages and GET /v1/messages/{messageId}?
I'm pretty confident about this one. The acceptance principle in civil law states that missing terms are filled in by the court, so the answer is True.
