You got that right, mate. I'm leaning towards 'True' on this one, though. I mean, if a Micro Process Map is showing the entire activities of a department, then it stands to reason that it could be broken down into several Macro Process Maps, right?

I think this question is a bit of a head-scratcher. I mean, how do we define 'Micro' and 'Macro' in this context? It's not exactly clear-cut, is it?
