Ah, I see what you mean. But then again, even a small department might have some sub-processes that could be considered Macro Process Maps, you know? It's all about the level of detail you're looking for.

Hmm, I'm not so sure. What if the department is really small and straightforward? Then a single Micro Process Map might be enough to capture all the activities, without the need for multiple Macro Process Maps. It's a tricky one.

You got that right, mate. I'm leaning towards 'True' on this one, though. I mean, if a Micro Process Map is showing the entire activities of a department, then it stands to reason that it could be broken down into several Macro Process Maps, right?
